Where do I find the perfect lipstick color?

I am looking for lipstick; one that is for work and one that is a fun red color. I want someone to do a color consultation. Does anyone know who does a really good job of matching lip color to your undertones and skin tones? I want to buy lipstick that is a good shade for me. A place that has lots of shades, and a person who is trained to find a perfect match would be an ideal place for me to go. Price is irrelevant, as long as I will get a shade that complements me.
