Help! i have no head, tail or dash lights?

i drive a 1966 chrysler new yorker and on my way home last night i lost my head, tail and dash lights while rolling. when trying to get off the road i had a bit of a power surge where my dash lights got super bright (same with the head and i ume tail). the headlights burned out and when i got to the shop i replaced everything i could think of. replaced the head lights, ballist resister and volt regulator but i still have no lights. no charred wire so i'm at a bit of a loss. car starts and runs fine but i have no idea where to go next. any help?
