Iam a working lady my has a domestic husband,does all the house hold activities.How to make him more obidient?

I am a working lady. Allmost busy 6-7 hours out of home. My husband is a domestic husband, does all kind of house hold work. He is good and serviceminded. carry out my orders without any objection. I want him to make mro obidient and efficient, If any one has some idea or experience pl. share/ guide me.
