Should I move to San Diego?

I live in the central Valley of California. Im almost 23 and am bored out of my mind. Sacramento, Elk Grove, Stockton. Its all the same. I dont really have aything holding me back here. And Im not in school right now, just taking a break. I love the ocean and city life, would love to party down there for a couple years . All my friends that have lived there end up moving back because it gets to be too much, but they said it'd definitely worth the experience.Any suggestions?
