I'm getting a tattoo but I'm ticklish need help please!!!?

ok so I have decided to get a tattoo of a small heart on the top of my foot (painful spot I know) but I am extremely ticklish and it makes me nervous if they hit some and I go awgh and jerk?? so does anyone have suggestions on what i can do to take my mind off the pain?
