Ok wat i mean is can u traine as a leader at army cadet groups you no they meet 2 times a week and learn army

they teach youngsters aged 12 to 18 and 8 months army skills although it isnt part of the army and i wana no how you can train to be a learded or how easiey is it to do your army training is it hard to get into
