What is wrong with my computer?

I had to factory restart my phone due to problems and i was going to plug it into the computer. Right as i do that, my computer flipped out and in return looks really funky now. Its not in safe mode, but not everything loads up on the page. If theres a background picture my computer will not pick it up and actually ditches some of the ons too. For example, when going to FaceBook, i dont get any of the ons on the top right nor do i even see any blue. Its just white. The only color i see right now on the yahoo page is the blue links, and that is all. Everything else is white. My toolbar is white as can be too. PLLEEEEE HELP!! I miss my computer in all its greatness. If it helps, its a Dell Inspiron Duo. Its the laptop to tablet.
