I never got a D&C after my miscarriage in january 2010 and im taking doxycycline, will my baby be ok?

I miscarried at 6 weeks on January 15, 2010. After I miscarried, I didn't find it necessary to do a D&C. after my miscarriage, I caught chlamydia and my doctor prescribed doxycycline for me. I've taken it for 5/7 days the label says. I missed my period by three days, took a ept, and it was positive. So I should be 4-6 weeks pregnant. Should I continue with the antibiotics? Second, how will all of this affect my baby. I'm an adult, so please do not answer with condescending and immature answers.
