CHRISTIANS + MUSLIMS:The majority of Christians believe that Muslims are unsaved and so on, but?

I'm just and old prison convict who studied the bible everyday for years, please allow me to share my understanding. Their is no doubt that God made both children great nations in the purpose of populating the world. But through it all He brought a seed forth and as Paul said in Galatians that it does not matter who you are or what you are. Salvation is through the one that could pay the great price. Just cause you call yourself a christian dose not mean you are saved. Who or what religion dose not matter, It has to do with understanding the price that had to be paid. And Only God himself could fill that place. This is grace for us. Muslim or Catholic or what ever we call ourselves. When I studied the Koran I found that I could not get saved because to be honest I have never been able to stop Sinning. Even when I studied the old Testament. I found myself even more lost. I found that that the more I learned the more lost I became. This is until it was explained to me that God did it all for me. Nothing I can add or take away. This Truly changed my life.
