Can I use a PINK travel system on a boy?

With my son, I got so much random hand-me-down free stuff that he ended up with lots of pink items. It won't matter, they're not going to know, just don't be upset if someone says "Cute girl". Newborns are often very uni in appearance, that's why theres the color code to keep people from embarringg themselves.
